Subject: Cost saving method for the Association

Dave,

It just got into my mind that we can save a bit of money for the association by sending Canopus by means of e-mail rather than using the post office for those members who don’t mind receiving it by email.  This would save printing and post office costs.  In addition Canopus will be received by those members the day it is sent and not days later when the post office delivers it to the members.

In case the committee would look into this matter it is recommended the magazine is sent in pdf format.  In the event no one can make pdf files I am prepared to make such a file since I have a valid license of Acrobat Writer.
