Web Between the Worlds

I find it hard to believe that that I am writing the December edition of Web Between the Worlds! Wasn’t Christmas only a couple of months ago?

Speaking of things that are hard to believe, the committee has secured space for an official web page. As of yet, there is nothing there, but this state of affairs will be very short-lived. If you have any ideas or material you would like to see, contact the committee. The address for the site is:

One of my favourite is "Astronomy Picture of the Day" site. Me and about 20 billion other web surfers! Not without reason, each and every day you get a mind blowing picture accompanied by a lucid explanation. There are enough links here too, to keep you busy for a couple of hours. Support Telkom by pointing your favourite browser at:

Admit it, you’ve always wanted total control of Arecibo or VLA! You’ve always wanted to be the one to discover clouds of interstellar beer, or absolute proof of at least some intelligent life in the universe, or just get the chance to play with all that neat stuff. Forget it! The closest you’ll ever get is building a small radio telescope yourself. Impossible? Apparently not! Suck down the following site:

The web is becoming so ubiquitous that even imaginary weight-gifted old men get their own site. I’ll leave you with this one, enjoy your festive season.
