ASSA JHB
Notice of December Meeting

As has become customary, the society’s meeting for December will take the form of a braai-cum-observing evening. It will be held at Tom Budge’s farm (map enclosed) from about 3.00 pm onwards. If you have never been out there, it may be a good idea to travel in daylight as the farm road is in a bumpy condition and has to be navigated very carefully.

Fires will be provided. Bring along, with your telescope, food, drink and a fold-up chair to sit in. If you don’t have a telescope there will be a number there for you to look through.

The whole family is welcome as there is lots of space, and the kids can go wandering around the property and enjoy themselves.

Subscriptions

Subs for the year were due on the 1st July. This is just a friendly reminder for those who have not yet paid to please do so. We will be cleaning up our membership list this month and so for those who have not paid, this will be your last reminder. Sorry about that.
